Cecilia Moore

Legal Director at Gartner for Latin America and Portugal

Cecilia Moore is a co-founder and member of the Women in Law for IT (Wil4IT) committee since 2017. She is currently Gartner's Legal Director for Latin America and Portugal, a role she has held since July 2021, leading a team focused on driving the company's business.

She has solid experience in legal leadership in the technology sector, with previous roles at companies such as Software AG and Indra. She is an Executive LL.M. program candidate at the London School of Economics and Political Science, holds a law degree from Mackenzie, a specialization in Administrative Law from FGV, and an MBA from FIA.

She also mentors young talent through Amigos da Poli Mentoring Program.

Gabriela Cruz

Corporate Law, M&A, Compliance and Corporate Governance

Gabriela Cruz has been a member of the Women in Law for IT (Wil4IT) committee since 2017. She is a legal executive with more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Capital Markets, Compliance and Corporate Governance, working across the agribusiness, financial and technology sectors.

She has experience leading legal teams and structuring strategic areas, with a focus on risk mitigation, operational efficiency and direct support to senior management. She has led M&A transactions, negotiated complex contracts, structured investment funds and supported structured financial operations.

Her experience in corporate governance includes advising boards and strategic committees, as well as implementing integrity and compliance programs aligned with market best practices. She holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law (Insper), an MBA in Tax Management (USP/Esalq) and specializations in Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Private equity/venture capital.

Vera Krempel

Corporate law, complex contracts and innovation

Vera Krempel has been part of Women in Law for IT (Wil4IT) since 2017 and of its committee since 2023. She is a lawyer with solid experience in corporate law, with notable work in negotiating and managing complex contracts, compliance and strategic legal support for business.

She has built a consistent career in companies from different sectors, including energy, technology, finance and industry, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and enabling operations.

Her work stands out for its multidisciplinary vision, interface with regulatory and corporate areas, and a profile oriented toward results, governance and innovation.

Member since 2017 and committee member since 2023.

Aline Goldsztejn

Vice President of Legal & Compliance at Arie Properties

Aline Goldsztejn has been part of Women in Law for IT (WIL4IT) since 2017 and a committee member since 2023. A legal executive with more than 20 years of experience, she is Vice President of Legal & Compliance at Arie Properties.

She built her career in the technology sector, working in highly complex and fast-growing environments. While at a listed company (LWSA), she led more than 20 M&A transactions, as well as the IPO and follow-on, in addition to implementing compliance programs and governance structures.

She brings solid experience in capital markets, regulatory matters, including financial and payment institutions, and data protection. She specialized in Business Contracts at FGV and Smart Contracts on Blockchain at PUC-SP.

She also mentors leaders and entrepreneurs, with a focus on strengthening women leadership and developing careers in high-performance environments.

Marcia Romano

Legal Director at Goodyear do Brasil

Marcia Romano has been a member of the Women in Law for IT (Wil4IT) committee since 2018.

She is currently Legal Director at Goodyear do Brasil, a position she has held since January 2025. She previously served as Legal and Compliance Director for Latin America in European multinationals, with strong international exposure and active participation in Executive Committees and Board Secretariats.

She has experience across several sectors of the economy, including chemical, infrastructure and energy industries, as well as the technology and telecommunications segment, with previous roles at companies such as AkzoNobel, Vestas, Indra and NET/Embratel. She holds a law degree from FMU, a specialization in Tax Law from PUC, and a master's degree in Intellectual Property from OBS Business School / Universitat de Barcelona.
